You may want to discuss this with your doctor. Sometimes hormones that are unbalanced can affect your sex drive. But if it's not that serious, liven sex up. Where sexy outfits. You're never too old. Do it in different areas of your home and at different times throughout the day. If your sex routine is the same everytime, it will get boring. No, you never mentioned that it was boring, I'm just offering tips. Also, I see you're 52. If you haven't went through menopause, yet, perhaps you are going to. That could be of some cause, as well. Still, check with your M.D.

Perhaps your hormones have died down. Try to make yourself excited first. Touch yourself in the places where you know can turn you on before you pull the dirty with him. If that doesn't work see a specialist (even though it seems lame, it can help).

If you get turned on by pornographic material, then try renting some? Just experiment with things. If you lost sex drive because you've gone through it so many times and its the same ol', look online for new things to try with your husband, possibly different foreplay, different methods or positions.

Hope whatever you wants comes to you soon!! It seems like you really do care to please your husband, and taht's a good start~

I have the same problem so I shall just wait and look at the answers that are submitted. Do you have arguments with your husband about sex? I do and I think that is the reason I freeze, subconsciously I am connecting sex to arguments. Anyway, I hope to see some good answers here!

Get your hormones checked out. If you are peri-menopausal, and you lose moistness in the vagina to the point sex is painful, then you may freeze up.

I found Folic Acid (it is a B-vitamin) helps me respond to stimuli better, however, I truly don't know if it will help sex drive.

Check out www.hufa.org - the symptoms link, to get basic info about low blood sugar and maybef a blood sugar imbalance is part of the cause.

Exercises if it does not help. Go see a doctor (medical sex specialist) and find out if there is a mental hang up or physiological problem.

Viagara I believe is available in smaller does and I have hered it is effectively used in test cases.

It's because you're probably doing some hormonal stuff because of menopause. See your doctor she/he can help a lot. You're too young not to have a good sex life.

There are aphrodisiacs like viagra but to be on the safe side you should ask your doctor for some solutions because it may not be just a physical ailment.

It is OK if your man has a good sex drive. You simply apply some gel as lubricant. It will be enough
