Well, I guess the strongest example of a "womanizer" would be Frankin Roosevelt. He and his wife Elanore had separated years before he was elected President. He had a girlfriend who lived with him in the White House. She hosted parties in the WH. Elanore too had a boyfriend who, although he didn't live in the WH, did live nearby. It has been suggested that Eisenhower had an affair with his assigned British driver during WWII. It is also quite well known that Thomas Jefferson had children from a slave that he owned while he was married. His children were freed in his will. There are other Presidents who have pursued women; this is not a rare or unusual behavior.
Being famous makes the person a magnet for this kind of attention. For example, Edwin (Buzz) Aldrin had many affairs while married. Performers like Tom Jones and Dolly Parton have open marriages. The occurance of cheating among professional athletes is over 99%.

FDR was known to have affairs. It's also said that Jefferson did, supposedly with a slave. Wilson's remarriage was filled with rumors since he remarried so soon after his wife's death. Even Ike was rumored to have an affair with his driver. I think there are a couple others, but not sure who.
