please go back to the basics and take some english courses. you can not succeed if you can not commutate well with your peers.

For a B.E (Civil) with M.B.A the opportunities are wide open. But I suggest about the branch that M.B.A (finance) is the first option if not the second option is( Human Resourse) good luck......
