I want a personal web site to show off my stuff and to allow people to play games and learn more about me and my life. But I dont know how to make a web site and I need some help. Can u help me solve this prblem?

you can go to freewebs.com and make a website there. or u can also try microsoft.com and search make a website

Start with one of the free sites that offers you a web building program (such as Yahoo's geocities.com). Once you are comfortable with that, starting learning some HTML (the language used to create web pages) and work up from there to Front Page and Dreamweaver.
But start with an easy freebie site.

Go to Yahoo. They have the easiest ones that I have found, I have a merchants account, and built my own, I don't think its bad considering it is the first one that i have ever done. When in yahoo, you want to look for ysitebuilder.(yahoo site builder) it is a free download, and the prices for hosting are reasonable.
Check my site out and see for your self. They even have premade templates if want to use them.

do the following below. but a word of caution first. make your site about the games and then on subpages mention you and your life. the reason for this is search engines will not accept sites that are about you and then have a few games on a subpage.
search engines want the sites they accept to be about a subject other than the person themselves. even then they don't accept every site that is submitted to them.
