The first thing you want to do is disguise yourself as a bargain. Carefully infiltrate the bargain encampment and learn as much as you can. Once you have found the best bargains, separate them from the rest. Tie the good bargains up and take them with you to the check-out and leave the lousy bargains to fend for themselves. With enough practice, you should be able to pick out good bargains easily and pass up the bad ones on sight. Oh yeah, don't forget to get your bargain hunters license first and if you have a significant other, be sure to let them know you'll be home shortly so they don't think they'll become bargain hunter widowers.
