if she's lucky, but childbirth over the age of 35 is generally more complicated and a higher risk of birth defects. However, my mom was 40 when she had me! Not quite 47 but still over 35 and problem free!

ABSOLUTELTY!!!!! Cheryl Tiegs, Christie Brinkley...there are two very well known ones...I plan to do this myself and I have hit 50-ish... not a problem at all..tho check with your Doctor....see a specialist if you must...it is no longer uncommon.....YEAH for you! (or whomever you are referring to...)~ it will be a dream come true. Thank You....

Certainly - your doctor will likely classify you as "high-risk" due to your age, but there shouldn't be any problems specifically as a result of your age.
