I have a 1995 Chevy K1500 King Cab pick up that is in pretty nice shape but has a carb problem. I'd like to sell it for about 2500 but I am concerned that no one will buy it if they can't test drive it. As the engine has 150,000 on it, people would naturally assume the engine is dead, which it's not, just the carb or the spark or some ridiculous chevy contraption. If you were buying a truck, would you look past such a thing for a bargain, or would you keep walking?

Take it to a fairly conspicuous spot. Place a small plaque nearby, explaining that this is modern art. Ask a phenomenal price.

If I was you, I would fix that "little problem " you just said and get it running, and then I would sell it.
