WOO HOO!!!! Honey, if you know she is bi, then she has probably been pretty open about it. Approach her straight up. The only problem that I could for see would be that you two work together and that can get a little, errrr, sticky. Tread softly in that department.

You know, that's a great way to start some crap on the job. Never get involved with anyone sexually at work - bi or not. Go elsewhere to find your fun. If you do it, everyone will know and it will cause alot of friction at work; or you both might lose your job. Pass it off as a fantasy and go hunting somewhere else. Be stright up with the person you're interested in and if they're interested, you have a deal.

You obviously have had had talks of sexuality seeing that you know she's Bi. Since she is, she is probably pretty open and I doubt would be offended if you and your husband have an interest in here.
