Go to phonescoop.com. It has reviews and specifics on each phone that each company has out. It is extremely accurate and helpful. I used to sell cellular phones and this website is always right on the money.

I have Verizon. I love Verizon Wireless. On their website is their phone section. Check out what you want in a phone then highlight and paste the name in the search engine and put reviews for ******.

I have a Motorola 815. Which I just got and it's not longer listed on their website. I like it but not as much as my daughter's LG8300. She can use her phone like an i-pod. If you do a reviews search you can see what other's think about their particular phone. My daughter's BF has the LG8100 but that one is discontinued.

My son got the new Motorola Q and had 5 die in 6 days. He ended up paying more and getting the Pocket PC Verizon Wireless XV6700. He likes it but I just can't see paying this much for a phone.

If you have online access to your Verizon account, that is the best place to upgrade. My last two phones have been top shelf phones that I got for free.

I have heard great things about the LG phones. i went with the Samsung a-950, and it has all the bells and whistles. The only problem is that the call quality is not that great, and i can hear digital tones when i am talking to people.
