To make an online payment it is needed VISA Card/MasterCard.How can I have this card. Any need to an already savings in that bank? How much minimum should be paid to get the card? Any idea how it works- just what the bank requires.

You can use a debit card with the Visa/MC logo, or you can just apply for one at the bank you have your savings at. Pay it off in full each month, don't carry any balance.

if you really want a credit card sign up for one at your local department store most stores offer credit cards and when you sign up on you first purchase you usally get a discount
