no you don't lose ssi if you married to a guy who don't work no. because if he made more money than you make yeah. but if he making ssi and you on ssi then you don't lose anything. I used to have ssi until i was 22 and 23 to 35 my job has been great for me and learn so much. so yeah.

My mom gets SSI and her husband works. They live in Florida. The only guidelines are that he can't make more than a certain amount of money. They can only own the property they live on and they can only own one vehicle.

My girlfriend faced the same situation; so she and her "other" had an intimate commitment ceremony on the beach with a few close friends. They are older and are not going to have children, so I don't see a thing wrong with that.
