Well, first of all...why wouldn't you just take a pregnancy test or go visit a doctor? If for some strange reason you are unable to do that though, there are a few ways to tell but they either are not foolproof or take a long time. The easiest way is just to wait it out and see if your belly grows larger like you were pregnant. Another way to tell is if your period stops and if you expeience cravings and moodswings. These clues might take a while to see and all of them could possibly be caused by something else other than pregnancy and therefore are not foolproof so i suggest buying a pregnancy test or visiting a doctor. In fact I think it is free and confidential if you go to Planned Parenthood.

If you wait long enough you'll obviously know you're pregnant, but that's not a good idea. If you're already late and think you might be pregnant TAKE A TEST! If you dont want to go to the doctor then take a home test. But if it comes out positive you're going to need to go to the doctor where they'll probably give a blood test to confirm the results. Prenatal care is too important for you to wait.

You really should go to the doctor if you have missed a period or suspect that you are pregnant. Some women never missed a period and were pregnant the whole time, so for you health and the baby's go to the doctor.

You could always wait nine months.

If at that time you have severe abdonimanl pain and a baby comes out, you will KNOW you were pregnant.
