I met this guy because he works at the local corner bar, he likes me, I like him. He came over to a friends house the other night and I ended up sleeping on the couch, him on the floor. when we woke he took me to my car, does this bring people closer togehter at all?

sure... getting drunk together and passing out together does tend to make people BOND.
I'm just not so sure these kinds of situations are good... long-term.

Does WHAT bring people closer together? Meeting at a bar? Sleeping on the couch or floor? Walking someone to the car?

you don't know him, talking is what brings people closer together. Did you give him you phone number, did he call.
Talking getting to know if you even want to be closer to this person.

No. No tone of voice, no touch, no smell, no touch, no vision, I'm just not seeing it. Plus some people on here are just messing around and aren't serious.
