That depends on the lifestyle she leads.

Do you even know if she would like that?
Maybe take her out for a drink at a strip club...see what she says to other women dancing naked...if she finds it...ok...ask her over for dinner.

I would guess you'd have to move slowly so as to not alienate her completely. Not everyone is as open minded as you and your husband...i guess...

good luck

Get to know her first. I'm not saying become her best friend, go out for lunch or meet at the water cooler. Find out what she is into, before you hint about anything sexual. Ask her about her current relationship status, that will usally get the ball rolling.

However, I would not recommend getting involved in any type of sexual relationship (especially one of that caliber) with someone at work. Unless you work in a place where Sex is on the menu, stay away from her and look in other places. Think of the consequences that can occur if she is offended.
(gossip, sexual harassment, losing your job etc.) Think twice, then think again.
Be safe.

There is no way that this will casually come up in conversation and the real concern is that if she declines your invitation, will this affect the working relationship.

I would nibble around the corner by asking oblique questions to determine her interest in a menage a trois.

Perhaps find an article on the subject so you can be reading it when she comes up and you can get so intel on her that way.

I would SERIOUSLY keep it out of the workplace! Why? Becasue one of several things can happen:

She might blow you in for sexual harrasment.
She might not but someone who has nothing better to do might blow you in for creating an uncomfortable workplace.

Work is WORK, not a pick up joint. I've told people that if they are at work to hit on other people, they might as well go apply for a job at a single's bar... or not. A lot of places don't tollerate emplyees hitting on customers.

Don't risk your job or hers. Find someone that you might be able to approach without risking getitng fired.

Whats the worst that can happen she says no and startes acting weird around you, big deal. Feel her out if you dont want her to be uncomfortable around you. Then drop little hints about having a threesum and what not. Let her know that you are bi to start out with and then you will be able to see if she is into that or freaked out by it.

Find out what she is about. Usually just hanging out, people will belie their personality typle. Judge from there is she is a person who would not object to girls, then find out if she is interested in both you and your husband. Let this one unfold, just blurting out what you want will end up in a sexual harrasment suit.

That's very dangereous territory. On one hand, she might like it and go for it. On the other hand, she might just completely feel awkward towards you and your husband for the rest of your life. First find out if she's even remotely interested.

Ask her if she's interested, and do so outside of work. Go out to dinner, movie, shopping, or whatever, and ask if she might be interested in being with a couple, if she says no, leave it at that. You don't have to tell her who it is.

This is called sexual harassment, especially since she is a co-worker! Ugh! You could end up losing your job over it. Get a new less perverse hobby.
