Crest Night Whitening toothpaste works pretty good. Try once in a while mashing up rasberries and rubbing the seeds on your teeth. The seeds and help to remove stains. I think the juice helps too.

Try using baking soda and or peroxide directly on your teeth before brushing. The whole process may cost just a couple of dollars and the supplies last a very long time.

Ultrabrite toothpaste!! I did a Science Experiment on which toothpastes would whiten best (or at all) and Ultrabrite won hands down! It whitened better than the "whitening" toothpaste brands, and it is also cheap, only about 97 cents. It really works and is all I use. People ask me if I bleach my teeth and I just use Ultrabrite! It is the best!

I've used peroxide with good effect. Peroxide is about a dime for 3,000 gallons to manufacture and almost as cheap to buy. But the catch is that you have to gargle with it (not swallow) every day for two months.
