Xara websyle 4 but corel and frontpage are good too.

i use 2 programs 1 is called homesite(this program need all to be written in code not like frontpage), and the other is swish aka flash.

there many program to build websites like FrontPage which come with office and DeamWaver

Dreamwaver, Frontpage, and www.sitesled.com. Sitesled is easy, free, and it has code compatibility.

my all time favorite tool to build a website/webpage is EditPlus, it's only $35 and really simple editor...
