It happens to all of us. Sometimes it seems for "no reason", but there is always a reason to feel a need to cry. You may have some stresses or hurts that you're not facing or dealing with and that will come at you, without you realizing it, and make you snappish and cry. It could be that you're so busy with everything and everyone else that you've not taken time to take care of yourself or pamper yourself a bit. The best solution is to tell the others that you feel a need to be alone, go cry your heart out and hope that you find out the reason you feel this way (and don't worry if you don't, it will happen later), and then go back to them and thank them for the time alone....which may be just what you need, after all....just time for yourself. â¥

Yes! Im so glad that you asked that. I feel the same way. I had that day yesterday, and i had just gotten done with my period...I didnt know what was wrong with me, i knew i shouldnt be feeling that way but i couldnt crontol it. I dont know why it happens. I think it has to do a little bit with depression and hormaones mixed together. I used to do it constantly and then my doctor put me on antidepressants, which help, but i wouldnt reccomend that. My best advise is just realize you arent alone and that it will pass. and if you want to cry and scream...i say do it! get it out of your system or it could build up inside you!
I hope this gets better for you sweetie!

yes. though the reason may not be apparent, i can assure you there is one or ,more to the point, several. you see, people deal with life's "little" problems by simply ignoring them or shutting them out. theese unresolved issues are then put to the back of the mind, for want a better expression, where they all kind of pile up and become an unfathomable huge problem. we cry naturally out of dispair because we do not know which of the pile we are addressing. it's all at once. this is the beginning of depression. deal with all the "little" problems even if there is no resolution. at least you will know you tried and it will not be such a weight on your mind.

yes! Its probably our hormones, or stress, or a combination....Sometimes if I'm really hungry, or just tired...But you know if anyone mentions one of those reasons as to why we are so stressed your gonna snap on em! Everybody needs a good cry! When you get home tonight take a hot shower put on some comfy clothes and veg! tell everybody else to stick it where the sun don't shine!

So happens to the best of us! Yes, and sometimes just giving in and crying whatever out makes you feel better. Don't fight it. Give in, get it over with, and move on with the rest of your day.
