I don't always have the time or patience it takes to group, but I really enjoy MMORPG's for the overall interaction with other players. I was wondering which of the current 3D online games has the best, or the most solo content? The bottom line is if I want to just hop on for a little bit without the hassle of trying to find a group, which is the best game for me?

EQ2 Has tons of solo content. The solo content for eq2 is easily recognizable as "for soloing" as well as being easy to get to and such like that.

WoW you can go the entire game without grouping, if you really want to. The downside is the monthly fee.

i would try runescape. It's really a solo game but you can intteract with other people and it's fun. I think there is only one quest where you have to have a partner with you but that's only one quest.
