Stay in a place that has air conditioner like your work place. The electricity is free and you get paid for coming to work. Since it's been so hot, everyone has been taking advantage of the mall, so it's crowded with people and the air conditioner feels like it's not working hard enough. I recently bought a portable air conditioner and paid $140 for shipping it overnight. Unfortunately, I haven't seen it yet. In the meantime, you can soak yourself in a cold tub of water and wait for the water to decrease in volume before you get up. It's just like taking a cold bath. Also, drink a lot of water. I usually leave a couple bottles of water in the freezer and roll the bottle on my body to cool down. When the ice melts, you can drink it.
