in this tv show there was this teen 14yr.old that asked about peoples opinion on how she can make her breast grow. if there is some type of exercice she can do to enlarge her breast wit out sergury so i ask your opinion.

I doubt it works but there is this exercise, claps your hands together at the point right in the middle of your boobs, and raise your elbows so they're as high as your hands. then squeeze your hands together, push them against each other.
it's an old exercise, girls used to chant "we must, we must, we must improve our bust, while they did it.
but like everyone says it doesn't work. idk if I explained it right. it might effect the same muscle as push-ups, which help the boobs not sag.

she's just 14 she still has some time so that they can grow. i dont know what kind of excercise would work for growing breasts. i dont think there is even one.

this show sounds familiar, but i dunno actually i kno mcdonalds has chemicals that make certain hormones act fast..but i say jus wait a lil bit...it'll come
