do the heirs have the right to see a copy of their fathers living trust when there is stepmother involved/

yes, the stepmother can not withold the will from you (if that is what you are asking) unless it was specified in the will that no one is to see what everyone else was givin, you should be able to see it

It depends on who has the POA. If she has it then she makes the decision on whats what and who See's what! Opinion whys.... I think you should be able to see it.

No they do not have "right" to see it. Whoever wrote the will, owns it. And can decide who gets to see it.
