Do you really believe that what you are doing is natural? Even animals who show homosexual tendencies are going against what is natural and should be put down. I don't care what you do behind closed doors, but you shouldn't try so hard to convince everyone that it is natural, just tell the truth.

Yes, I am all natural, first answerer. Everybody loves chris: I don't hate gays, never said that I did. I do believe, however they shoud stop trying to convince themselves and everyone else about what is natural and not natural. Since the beginning of time the natural thing is men and women being together. But, there will always be those people that go against nature.

Duh... since the xian belief is that animals don't have free will then I say that if animals do it (and there are lots of them that do), then that makes it natural.
Define natural? is it simply mean something that you agree with?
cause if you're going to put down animals that do homo acts then you're in for a lot of work. dolphins are incredibly homo, you gonna kill them all?
get real.
why don't you accept this and let it go.

"What is WRONG with homosexuals?"
Nothing.
"Do you really believe that what you are doing is natural?"
Yes
"Even animals who show homosexual tendencies are going against what is natural and should be put down."
By that statement and using simple predicate logic, one might argue that all persons with homosexual tendencies should be put down. Have a care - Hitler felt the same way!
"I don't care what you do behind closed doors"
I think perhaps you do, actually; simply because you have the capacity to imagine (and be disgusted by) it. God forbid any child that is gay be cursed with having you for a mother.
"but you shouldn't try so hard to convince everyone that it is natural, just tell the truth".
You clearly define natural as the whole man/woman procreation thing (which, incidentally, is also in my nature to enjoy) however, please consider that homosexuality is not a new fad - else the author(s) of Leviticus wouldn't have bothered to include any reference - and studies have consistently shown 5 - 15% of the population as being homo- or bisexual.
Just because it is a smaller part of the population, doesn't make it any less natural.
For example, in the Middle Ages, left handed people (20% of the population) were ostracised and seen as sinister - mean evil, followers of Satan (left hand path)... and up until recent times were barred from taking Holy Orders in the Catholic Church.
However "sinister" is only the Latin word for left.
In summary, you may not like any sexual orientation that isn't heterosexual, but there is NOTHING wrong or unnatural with those of us who aren't 100% Het.

Yes, homosexual is natural. Why would anybody willingly put themselves in the line of hatred the society spews at homosexuals? This isn't a lifestyle one truly wants because it involves being attacked by the people who are supposed to care about us.
I guess it is hard to say the angst one feels when one realizes he or she is gay. Family members begin to shun the individual. Friends refuse to be around. People think you're going to molest them if you're in the same room as them. You're not allowed to get married with a person you love. You're looked at with disgust when people see you expressing your love in public. You have to have security at your clubs for fear of being beaten up in a parking lot. People vandalize your home and possessions because you're different. You're called derogatory names. The terms gay are used flippantly by the society as words of disgust.
In short, this is not a life one wants. So many gays want to be straight, but they can't. If this is unnatural, then tell us, how can we change so that we are natural. If this is unnatural, what are we? Are we freaks? How then do we truly change? We can't. Once we accept that, we're able to be our true selves and embrace the way we were made. While it is flawed in the eyes of many, it is the only mold we know we can fit.
Therefore, it is natural. We believe that. Believe what you will about its origins, you have free will and a free mind to decide what you will about any topic. I applaud you for that. But please don't denigrate the opposing perspective.

Well, Candy, let me, as a straight person, answer one of the most stupid questions you have posted here.
You seam to be obsessed with homosexual issues. Spending so much time in section where there is hardly anyone who wants to hear your judgmental assertions - have you ever thought what makes you so interested in gay behavior? It seams to me that you have some unresolved problems and are much more troubled person than those people who actually belong to this part of yahoo q&a.
I sugest you take some time to read questions and answers in some other sections, and you might find it interesting that some of the best answers given on many important subjects that require enormous education, deepest thinking and a very kind heart are given by persons that are gay.
After knowing this, and comparing that kind of person to your personality - let me inform you: you give straight people a bad name.

Oh, a fan of the natural world. Tell me, darling, do you eat your meat raw? Sleep in a cave? Wear animal skins? Humanity does a lot of things that are by no means natural because they feel good. We're all hedonists at heart. Evolve a little.

Candy, I think you need to look up the word Natural in a dictionary. Because it doesn't mean what you seem to think it does. There is no point in argueing with someone who makes up words. I can say that a truck is a walrus and argue it until I'm blue in the face, but that makes me the crazy man on the corner, not a person with a serious argument. Your question reads like a crazy man mumbling to himself.

i'm sorry u must be pretty old to have been there, at the begining of time..why dont you do some studies, for real, not about homosexuality but about yourself, and if you think that you are not portraying hate, i am here to tell you that you are..you try living a certain way just because everyone has told you that what u are is wrong..then maybe i will accept your distressed opinion, until then..stay silent

Hmm...this thing about trying so hard to show it's natural is as much political expression as it is trying to convince each other that it's okay.
If you were in their "world" things change.
By...providence...I lived as a straight male in a gay dorm...I was a coach and the school couldn't house me with the football players so I went to a separate dorm for men that happened to be ...all gay.
Fine for the boys to make out in front of me until I brought my girlfriend over. Once we "started" in public...they learned quickly that respect for ones personal business is a valuable thing.
