Passive voice : (A) We were liked by her to water the plants at dawn.
(B)Watering the plants by us was liked by her.
which one is wrong and why?

I would suggest
>>Plants are to be watered by us at dawn, as is liked by her.


If this is wrong "please" tell me why at

To my mind, they are both incorrect. I would formulate the passive voice as: "Dawn was the preferred time for watering the plants." This version makes no mention of "she", "us", "we", "her", i.e. there is no person doing anything, whether that is liking or watering.
