That is a very hard step. I was freaked out too! But your mom is a girl so she'll understand. Ask your mom if you can talk in privet and tell her, don't worry! it'll be fine. plus, she'll need to know sometime so do it sooner then later! Good luck

Just go and tell her it's no big deal she has her period too I bet she felt the same when she got her first period too.

comming out and saying it can be nerve recking... i would ask her for personal items in privet. If you can not get her in privet, pull her aside when you are at the grocerie store and tell her you need a feminin product

Ask her to speak privately. And come out with it. She should be expecting it more than you. So, by talking with her you will also be relieving some of her worries about you.

If your worried about her acting embarrasing. You're gonna have to tell her sooner or later so you might as well just tell her.

just tell her. i'm sure she'll be very supportive. she's a woman herself she understands and knows all ablut it. she really could hip u to something.

catch her in her room or other private and tell her you need some female items (pads tampons) she will understand.
