i am 115 pounds im not over or under weight but middlein weight for my height which is 5ft. i want to loose 5lbs but the more i think about it the more i eat i was 114lb last week when i decided i wanted to loose 4lb am i going to keep gaining helpppp im not eating anything different

i lost 3 pounds the other week i didn't even know i only weigh myself sometimes i don't care what the number says cause i excerise so i don't get fat. Anyway the secret to how i lost 3 pounds was because i was having a water fight and running around on my backyard but that was only 1 day what helped me loose weight was by walking home from the shop which is about half a mile from my home and getting of the bus at the bottom of my long road and walking up again around half a mile. This only took a week and at the time i was going to my bf's house and thats why i was getting the bus back and getting off a few steps earlier so if you want to loose weight i suggest you walked down your street and back up once a day for excerise or once evry 2 days. I also eat healthly i eat a lot of apples and eat wholemeal bread but whatever you do Try Not To stress over losing weight because when your mind gets stressed it's spose to put fat onto your stomach i dunno how its just what i read.

Try the walking up and down your street excerise though. Should work. xxbest of luck.

It depends a lot on your age. If you are fairly young, you might be gaining weight as you grow. If you're about to start your period, you would most likely be retaining water (this will go away).

Most people's weight changes constantly by a pound or two all the time. If you've had a lot of caffeine and/or salt, you'll gain water weight. If you're exercising, you're probably gaining muscle (muscle weighs more than fat). If you're not exercising, then you'd probably find that to help your weight either stay the same or even go down.

Don't worry. A persons weight can go up and down from week to week. 2 to 5 lbs is normal. Just exercise and eat normal.

Dont worry too much about this fluctuation wait until a week has passed dont check daily sometimes being in and around period times adds more weight due to water retention

Just relax and cut down on snack sizes but don't pay to much attention to losing weight otherwise all you want to do is eat because you are wanting to lose it so much!!!

Instead of thinking about eating you should just eat ..and dont think when or how much. Dont torture yourself! Trade all this dieting for excersice. You will look and feel alot better if you do.

Drink a lot of water and eat fruit and veggies to fill you up, exercise and stop worrying!!

Don't weigh yourself. It's really dumb when you think about it. Nobody says she looks good because she's 115 lbs. They say she looks good because she's skinny with curves or long legs, etc.

try eating what you usually eat then do something like exercise that will help lose your pounds.
