Here's the thing - neither world war actually involved the whole world; although the impact was felt everywhere, there were not that many countries directly taking part. By the same standards, I would say that the situation in the Middle East qualifies as a world war.

Yes and no.

First off, your quest for world domination is futile - you have no army, no weapons, no soldier, and no money. Which are you? Pinky or the Brain?

As for a legit answer - yes, there could be a 3rd world war, but it would be the war that would end all wars - too many countries have nuclear weapons - if those weapons were used, we'd set ourselves back over a 100 years.

We could NOT have a 3rd world war simply because we as a society are smart enough to not allow it -

I could be horribly wrong, but if there was another war.............jeesh.........

NO, Hezbollah and Hamas, among other Islamo-facist groups, are just a couple of little pimples that need to be popped.

Hezbollah would like to create a large conflict, they think it will hasten the return of their messiah.... and, they have the audacity/stupidity to think they can win. All you need to do is take a look at the posters they displayed in Britan to see how they think.... Why do they cover their faces? Ashamed of what they are about is my opinion.

No, the mid east is not worthy of a World War 3. Their ego out strips their importance.

America has attacked Iraq for no apparent reason
Isarel has attacked Lebanon for no reason at all.
Al Qaida is attacking London & Mumbai.

If this is not WW3 , then what else is it?

I will join u in peace march , not in Bush march!

We have been for a long time! I do not know the right answer for all that is going on, all I know is that the people in the region are too focused on fighting and hatred for each other. It is sad.

There's still war, but no world war. No. It just can't happen because there are lot's of countries willing to help each other than to fight each other.

We might as well get it started with a big bang. Let's nuke North Korea, Syria and Iran for starters. That should get the ball rolling!

Who's with me?
