there are many brands, goes from 14 to 26 and I consider a better feature, depends on the kind of use you are going to give to the handheld and keyboard but bette the $14 one, cause it goes independently to the palm and you do not need to write down on a mini set of keys as the 26 one...

If you can bear it, just tap ABC or 123 and use the onscreen one. I've lived with it on my TX and Clie SL10 (The SL10 doesn't have the extended screen)
