Because the same God has limited our vision also. You should be grateful that with limited intelligence you are questioning the authority of God as to why it has created the creation which is gradually unfolding and revealing itself. What is known to us till date is only a microscopic part of the Great Ultimate Wonder called God. It is enough to humble us, but many incorrigible fools among us are not prepared to change our views and stick to our ignorance.

The universe is comprised of non-related, non-sequential events. If you are religious, you can believe that God cause these events to happen in a way that created us. If you are an evolutionist, you can believe that our existence is accidental. Whatever.
The most popular current theory is the big bang theory where nothing exploded and created something. This theory doesn't really accept that there ever was nothing. Nothing is a concept that is hard to fathom. No light, no gases, no atoms, no neutrons, no electrons, no photons, just nothing. In order for the big bang theory to work, the universe has to have had a beginning, has to be expanding, and has to have an end. We cannot see beyond 15 billion light years because the light from over 15 billion light years away did not get here yet so we don't know if there is an end. We don't know what path the other objects in the universe were on or what speed they were going before we discovered them so we don't know if the universe is expanding. Our entire galaxy is infinitley less than a grain of sand compared to all of the grains of sand on all of the beaches in the world. The number of grains of sand is finite. The universe is infinite.
My theory is that black holes are a part of the nothing that existed before the universe was created. As you know, when you remove the air from an area, the area becomes a vacuum and sucks everything close to it in. As things get sucked in and are compressed, the resulting friction causes heat which builds until there is an explosion.
A betting man would make odds on there being other intelligent life out there some where. To assume that God created the universe for us is giving us just a wee bit too much importance. That we are so inconsequential is also a concept that is hard to accept.
But, the real question remains as to what the something was that exploded when there was nothing. Can you imagine the infinite power and force required to create an infinite universe?

I'm not a bible thumper, but I'd like to take a crack at this question, which is a good question by the way!
I think God is about exploration and understanding. If it was easy as taking a look up in the sky and be able to see the vast universe, then there would not be much left open to exploration.
Man has always found ways to move forward, to progress so to speak and space is another area that man is slowing moving towards.
I guess it's one of the ways we can understand humanity on a different level.

You're right, you're on the right track in knowing God. Have you ever thought that your conscious in coming out with this question is God's will for you to explore His greatness and such about what He created? Try looking around you, let alone the vast exploration about the universe. We can't solve everything that is puzzled about this world, let alone other planets in other galaxies. What i'm trying to say here is, the universe is such a huge space that it really needs time to explore. Till now, neither Einstein nor Hawking can solve the problem about time. This means we're not prepared yet to explore further stuff about God's creation till we solve ourselves. This is God's mystery. If we could see them all, there will be no God and there will be no existence. Our human mind, you need to be humble with this, is made with limited ability in order to have a relationship with God. We're not Lucifer, we don't hope or tend to outsmart God. It is true that the universe is so huge that i don't even believe that Pluto is the last planet we have ever discovered. Hundreds of physical laws and theories have been theorised about the existence of the world and universe, which is true? Have we seen it all? With a humble heart and mind, the answer will be revealed to you. To see them all, not so soon, dear.

Who said the other galaxies are "just for us"? The Bible says diddly squat about life on other worlds, but that obviously doesn't mean that life doesn't exist. The Bible also fails to mention refridgerators and even the galaxies themselves. The BIble speaks about a certain topic, and never claims to say everything about every topic.
Most likely, our star will not go supernova, because it's not massive enough. As it nears the end, it will spew out material and form a planetary nebula before eventually collapsing, probably into a white drawf.
The universe will continue to exist more or less as it is now for billions upon billions of years.
It is hard to imagine just how immense the universe is. Our human brains are accustomed to thinking in terms of inches, or miles (or centimeters and kilometers), and sometimes we think in light years, but even a light year is a grain of sand compared to the rest of the universe. Doesn't the immensity of it all, and the sheer complexity of such a universe, speak to a God that created it?

The basis of confusion is that we try to humanize what God does. If God created the universe, who are we to think that we can understand why He does what ever He has done? Just as the animals, insects, plants, and every living thing on this planet evolves, the same process occurs in and on the Earth and the entire universe. That's the reason why some star types reach the point of supernova. It is simpler to understand the mechanics of Cosmology or interstellar physics if we keep God out of the process. That's much like the advice I live by when I am confronted by a difficult choice. That is to take the emotion out of the equation and you are left with the facts. The facts dictate the correct choice. I am my own kind of Spiritualist. And I am not going to understand why my Higher Power does what It does. But I will understand the physical processes that happen around me to the best of my ability and will continue until my time has run out.

Did you know there were aliens in the Bible? Look at all the stuff with Ezekiel and all the people who were beamed up into heaven. The sightings of flaming chariots in the sky, or flaming shields. Doesn't that seem rather familiar? I'm an atheist, and I'm with you, there has to be at the VERY LEAST hundreds of solar systems possibly even in this galaxy with some form of life on it. Maybe not intelligent, but at least life. Anyone who says otherwise doesn't have hope and may just be blinding themselves. And anyone who says that God made the universe as his giant playground is saddening to see.

Critical thought is necessary here. Maybe God created the billions of galaxies to get one earth out of the deal, but only the earth is for us. The view of the stars in the sky is a side benefit.
It is good to question God. I'm getting to like your questions. The laws of physics dictates what happens to the masses. The sand comparison is in the right direction, but hardly a comparison. Yes our star will burn out and expand, becoming a red star. It will swallow up the earth. Humans may escape the planet by then if they survive the nuclear age.

The mighty god created this universe. He have a great deal with this world. if there is a frog, the snake will be there. He created this earth for us to live. we have enough space to live in here. So what for consider the other galaxies. Then saying about the stars they all have an end. If there is no end for stars, the space will full fill with stars.

You are missing one of the points of Phsycis. If the Universe were smaller, we wouldn't be able to live, we would burn up, stars and galaxies would colide and there would be utter chaos. There must be order in all things, and there must be a purpose for why God did what he did. I believe that one day we will find the answers to all these questions, and we will more fully understand the purposes for why God does things they way that he does them.
