I never used to get angry, so I never had to deal with it. I bit back my anger. Then, I started letting it out, and I couldn't control it. I had no experience with it, so it swung over to rage quickly. I had problems reeling it back in. Then I took an assertiveness class and found the balance between anger and getting my frustration out. Now, I'm able to be angry without going all the way over to rage. Pluc, I effectively communicate my anger and get my point across without the other person thinking I'm nuts and disavowing what I'm trying to say.

Not at all. I avoid getting angry at all cost, because when I am angry I become 180 degrees different, and after the anger wears off and I look around, I ask myself, What have I done? But it's too late by then.

Yes. I used to have a hair trigger temper. Now, when something angers me, I count to ten, think about what I want to say and what the outcome will be in each scenario. It really works, try it!

No, not all the time. I have to lie on those stupid employment surveys about being able to stay calm in stressful situations, lol. I'm not as bad as Naomi Campbell though. I hope I never get that bad.
