Gothic taste? Sound like a friend of mine. ^_^
Ok, go to the nearest Hot Topic and get blood red lipstick and I advise charcoal or black eyeliner. Also a grey eye shadow may work! Outline your lips with the lipstick then fill it in. Let it dry and put on another layer. Outline eyes with eyeliner softly then go over again for a darker smoother look. Put eyed shadow on lightly on your lower lid and heavy on top lid. It's what I have learned so far. Hope I was some help to you. ^_^

I'm Punky but I do my stuff natural so lemme help

Foundation: try a mineral because its good for every skintype and a yellow tone is great with any skin color
Powder/Conclear: get a good powder to seal in your makeup and prevente creases get your powder in the same shade as the foundation. get a creamier conclear for under the eyes, blemish ect.

^^ Bare Esencutals is good for that

Eyeliner; sense your gothic tasted use a liquid in something like lime green if your using black/brown you'll just wash out your eye color, try MAC
Mascara: either get fake spider lashes or a volumzing mascara
Color: Try using vibrant shades of Green, Pink, Orange, or Purple and if you eyes are round extend the color upwards and if your using more than one shadow go light-to-dark on the whole lid {lightest if under the brow, light is on the lid and dark is in the crease but thats optional}

^^ MAC is great for those

Blush: most people have a round face so apply to the cheeks and sweep up to tthe temples and dab some on the forehead and cheek, it will give you slenderness, or just put some on the cheeks and nose but really you don't need blush if so get Nutrogena soft blush

Top it off with a red lipgloss by NYC

sounds like me.

try a smokey black shadow look. (blend with q-tip)

or try bright shadows. Purples Blues Greens.

try applying shadows with a thin applicator on the bottom lid also, fading and getting thinner as you reach the inner corner of your eye.

always use black liner and mascara.

hope I could help.

For me, goth doesn't necessarily mean ugly which I've seen some women do. Stick with whites, blacks and reds. Maybe a little silver at night. There's no need to apply your makeup as heavily as a drag queen either. Sometimes subtle is better.

Wow, that sounds quite extraordinarily! Blue eyes! Black hair! in line with risk you may try some gentle or dark blue for eye shadow or some green. in line with risk additionally a pink or peachy/pinkish stuff! to your lips, no longer pink for specific! a depressing (yet to no longer dark) pink lipgloss. And in case you like, eye liner, to no longer lots, or you will look kinda humorous.

generally, gothic-dark makeup isn't flattering on anyone, especially people with fair skin. i think some nice pink blush, black mascara, and pink lipgloss will be all you need.
