You don't say your age. If you are under 16, the best way to make money is to offer to do chores for your neighbors like mowing lawns, detailing their car, painting, babysitting, etc.
Go around and ask them if they need any yard work done, or would they like their car washed and waxed. Take a guess at how long a job will take and tell them how much you'll do it for. Make sure to add in any expense for supplies you'll need like car wax or soap.
If you are over 16, start hitting all the restaurants and stores asking for part time work. If you are a good typist, you can even try for part time office work like data entry. If you have any other marketable skills, try and get a job there too.
Good luck

Yard Sale!!!! If you suppose you dont have sufficient stuff to promote, bet once more! Ask your father and mother, their peers, spouse and children, pals, the folks you sit down for..... ask for apparel, baggage, sneakers, loved ones units ie espresso pots, dishes, glasses and so forth., ancient television's, furnishings, rugs, blankets, sheets, paintings, toys, youngster units and so forth. Also, bake cookies AND promote lemonade, ice tea or water bottles. My 12 12 months ancient son and a couple of of his peers had a backyard sale, a million day best, on a Saturday, they usually made $535 coins! What a exceptional day they'd! Fast, handy and amusing. Be certain your entire units are priced to promote, are blank and are located on blank tables for show. This makes it handy for each person to peer what you've got. Also, be certain to begin with $25 singles and $10 in quarters. Borrow this cash out of your father and mother with the promise to provide it again as quickly as you're making your first $25! Good good fortune! I recognise for a FACT this will likely paintings, we're having a different at the finish of September!

Have a yard sale. Everyone has junk laying around they no longer need. Get a job. My grocery store hires 14 year olders and up as baggers. If your young I know that some charities collect and redistribute school supplies.
Post notices around the neighborhood offering to do chores. Make sure you are reliable and responsible and you will have a great business in no time.

If it's for college - make sure your FAFSA is filled out and you check with your high school for scholarship opportunities...
If not, the quickest way I can think of is to work a few extra hours (if you currently have a job) or to sell something you don't need... try eBay if that's the case.
Good luck!

Go to your neighbors and offer to clean out their garage or attic, mow their grass, pull weeds, wash cars, etc.
You can make some fash cash that way and it's good exercise. Don't tell them too much info about your family issues, just tell them you need some extra money because school is starting soon. Be willing to work hard!

You might want to try lawn cutting, doing someone's laundry, babysitting, hauling trash. washing windows, cleaning basements, washing cars, etc. Just make sure they pay you when you finish the job, and let them know that in advance.
