The Question is how do you get a person to realize that things are what they are? Moved in with a friend that thinks That I am the perfect woman for him...problem is that from day one I have said I am not into or ready for a relationship. I am staying with him until I find a place to keep my boys safe from their biological father whom tried to kill them...7 mo. ago...know if you are a person who could go into a relationship please do not answer this question...I have been looking for a house for me & my children and have found one it isn't gonna be ready for 30 days though. I asked him if he wanted us to leave & he said not today or tommorrow...Forever he wants to be with us...WOW did I pick a crazy situation that I never saw coming. Please advize

I can understand why you did what you did and good for you that you left this shows that you are strong woman I have been there myself and it is nice you have found a nice safe place with your friend but personally I think you need to stay some where else because he is not getting it and not sure he will and you do not want anymore issues for your self or your kids and you would not want to lose a good friend or hurt him if you want him as a friend so call a local shelter in your area they can set you up with a place get things you need, resources and aid and maybe find you a home sooner and protection from the father of your boys and they can help you out and they will .I know you may think not another person saying or telling me to go to a shelter and it is easy said and done but trust me they help a lot .I did it you can you are strong everything will be OK.God Bless you can do this..

The best advise I could give is to tell him you are not ready because of everything you are going through right now and that the time is not right for the two of you. Sometimes it's hard for people to comprehend when their feelings for someone aren't returned to them. You shouldn't be mean about it because is seems as if you have a good friend, although sometimes that is the only thing you can do. Just stress to him the fact that you need a friend now more ever and if he really cares for you he'll respect that, and stop pursuing a relationship. Good Luck with everything!

You need to leave that guy's place ASAP. Move in with a family member or another friend preferably a girlfriend until your permanent home is ready. You are getting into deeper problems by the minute-be smart and don't be "beholding" to a guy you don't care for at this point in your life-put men out of your mind and concentrate on your children.

He sounds like a really good guy to take in you and your children, he wants to be with you and be a father figure for your boys. That is so caring, but if your not ready to be in another relationship let him know that and make sure he know how much you appreciate how he is helping you until you move to your new place

Looks like you jumped from the pot into the frying pan! Why couldn't you have gone to live with relatives until you found your own place? Sounds better than what you are into now! Start looking immediately for something else. Go to Social Services or something like that. They have to help you! This is what they are set up for! You have to flee from this psycho!

I would tell him that for now you just want to be good friends and that your life right now is all about your boys and your not going to go into a relationship anytime soon. Tell him to back off a bit and give you some breathing room if he wants to be friends it okay but that's it for now.
