That depends on what you mean by "legal adult." In regards to the justice system, a Missouri resident is no longer a juvenile once they turn 17. Age 17 is also the Age of Consent for sexual activity in Missouri.

The age you are Emancipated (meaning free of parental supervision) in Missouri is 18 or when you graduate high school, which ever happens first.

Technically 18 I believe...a person has access to most things at that age. Although, some you do have to be 21 for.

I think it is 17. Not totally sure, but pretty sure. But you are not a legal adult, to my knowledge.

To us, at age 18..to them, age 16...to the hillbillies, age 14 ...my family is down there, so I know this very well and that's why I don't live there any more.
