No. Drano isn't for the toilets & can cause damage to the porcelain. If you read the bottle of Drano, it says not to pour into toilets for plugged toilets. Spend the money on a home test, then make an appointment with an OB/GYN to be seen. They can do another pee test as well as a blood test.

heard of it also heard its dangerous to mix the two can cause a toxic fume. RESEARCH it online A FEW PAGES tell why it's a terrible ideal. ALSO i hate when people post things like the Drano test 4 pregnancy when they have no clue if it's safe or not. Don't give people advise unless you know WTF your talking about. AND the test with drano was never to see if your pregnant the urban leagend was to see if it was a boy or girl. The drano test supposedly can detect something in a pregnant woman's urine that will change the color of the drano to indicate the gender of the baby. However, this is absolutely false. In addition to that, I must warn you that it is extremely dangerous to mix urine and drano. When they did studies at the medical school here on this test they wore chemical masks and did them under chemical hoods because of the possibility of fumes and of explosion. Currently we know of nothing that is excreted in a pregnant woman's urine to be able for us to predict the gender of her baby.

thats an old wives tale. most say that if a pregnant woman pees in a toilet with drano in it if it turnns pink its a girl blue its a boy its not true so dont do it. take a pregnancy test or see your doctor. who ever said that was tryingto be funny

no it doesn't tell you if your pregnant it suppose to tell you if you're having a boy or a girl and you pee in a cup and you put the other stuff in a different cup then ad the pee to the cleaner. My cousin and my sister did it. I think blue with bubbles is a girl and if it turns brownish it's a boy. But It smells really bad!!!!!!!!

An acid (drano) won't detect hormones or proteins. It will make fumes that are harmful to breathe. Don't try it.

This is an urban legend that was told would predict the sex of the baby, not if you are pregnant. Read up on it with the link. Pretty interesting.

If you sit on a toilet with drano in it, you will burn your genitals. Try it if you want, but I warned ya!
