Yep, that's it. You've got it all right. He's either brain-dead, or has no conscience. Right. Well he's clearly not brain-dead, since he can and does put simplistic sentences together. Not exactly Terri Shiavo. So that leaves him not having a conscience. But, that wouldn't make sense since your question is not objective. In so far as, he must have a conscience if you disagree with him. For example, if you have a conscience and you disagree with him, he must have a conscience that disagrees with you. Since conscience is a matter of personal perspective, you both must have one. Therefore we are back to him being brain-dead. Again, a subjective statement, as well as unfounded. Quite a quandary we are in here, is it possible that there is a third option. Perhaps, sleeping pills, good sex, or being tired after a hearty heartland workout? I'm not sure, but whatever it is, he definitely sleeps at night.

i believe he sleeps well knowing that America is behind him and prays every night for Devinne guidance in the face of the storm. while knowing that without out the Internet blogs and the media jumping all over false stories most of the liberal bullshitt would go un heard since it is a pathetic minority view

BOTH plus drugs and alcohol take there toll on the body so rest becomes easy for bush a long day for him includes a couple of naps .HE learned that from Regan .BUSH senior is so coked up he stll can not gain a pound and wakes george at all hours asking him how the war is going .with the bin lauden family such good friend's of the bushes several people got the notion to listen in on thier phone calls . its not illegal if you have any reason at all to suspect they may talk to a terrorist and who knows when binlauden may call for a favor .LIKE where are they going to look next so i can quickly move .

I think he actually believes he's doing the right thing and is vastly misunderstood. I think he honestly believes that history will judge him a great president like Lincoln or Truman who were also very much disliked while they were in office.

I think he's sadly mistaken. History will judge him, if not the worst, at least among the worst presidents our country has ever had. He'll never understand why.
