the only ones that are not watched with a close eye are the Indian Casinos, They have no pay back laws on their slots, like vegas does! so if you go to indian casino stick to cards and dice games!

They are legal in some parts. In my state, they are only legal on water.

I know in Nevada, Mississippi, Atlantic City, etc they bring in lots of legal revenue.
