Hi! Actually, Lemon Balm and Rosemary are 2 of the best that I know. Lavender is wonderful as well - just rub a little essential oil on your temples. Reiki treatmnets work well too. I am at windstarhealing.com if you have any questions

try aromatherapy... jasmine, lavender, rose, lemon etc

even the fresh smell of these help as mood elevators. but beware jasmine is a very powerful aphrodisiac
