I'll take your question seriously. In 1986 NASA launched the IRAS (InfraRed Astronomy Satellite, which took two complete surveys of all heat sources surrounding Earth. By 1989, all except eight of those heat sources were correlated by astronomers to known visual and radio telescopic objects. In the following years, seven more of those hot spots were identified using conventional astronomy techniques. However, one heat source has stubbornly refused to correlate to any known object in the heavens. Furthermore, over the six months between the two IRAS surveys, this object moved. Stars are fixed. Planets, planetesimals (asteroids), and comets move through space. The Director of the US Naval Observatory in Washington DC, Dr. Robert Harrington, became fascinated with this moving object. He spent the rest of his life calculating its direction and velocity. He said the object, which has never been seen by visual nor radio telescopy, is on an interception course with the Inner Solar System planets, within fifty years of 1986. Furthermore, he calculated that this "planet" has a mass equal to five Earth masses, and he blamed it for the perturbations in the orbits of Uranus and Neptune.
