You can't, for sure.

Normally an indication would be you're late for your period. But that's not a sure sign that you are in fact pregnant. Some people have had several periods during their pregnancy. The best way to tell is to take a pregnancy test. If you're worried because you are under age, then seek advice through a trusted agency like Planned Parenthood or Pro Health. They are very discreet and provide good information and care. You really need to know for sure if you are pregnant so you can start taking prenatal vitamins and take care of yourself accordingly; No alcohol, drugs, watch the caffeine intake and stay away from nicotine-for starters.

Some obvious symptoms are: increased stomach, sudden weight gain, weird cravings, headaches, nausea, a feeling of being different or not normal.

The best thing to do is see a doctor or perform several home pregnancy tests over the next few weeks. If you are afraid to break the news to your parents, talk to a trusted friend, family member, teacher or counselor and get the help that you need. Eventually your parents will know if you're pregnant so it's best to get everything out in the open now.

The most accurate way to know is to go to the doctor. However there are a few general symptoms that may clue you in as well. Not every pregnancy is the same, so with that said here are some indications:

you miss your period (although some women still get it)
you frequently find yourself going to the restroom
you're more tired than usual
you feel nauseous frequently (morning or afternoon)
your breasts are tender
your sense of smell is more acute

You may find yourself having just one of the above indications, or a combination, then again you may not have any.

A. Did you have sex?
B. Is your period late?
If yes to the above, you could be pregnant. But there is no way to know for sure without a pregnancy test and then delivery of a child.

You might assume you are pregnant if you missed your period for over a week; you are sick in the mornings; and if you are sleepy during the days (and you had a good night's rest).
When I was pregnant, I knew a few days before my period was due. It was because I experienced some of the signs I mentioned above, but everyone's metabolism is different. Therefore, I have heard of ladies having babies without knowing they were pregnant. One such case happened last month in a Walmart store somewhere in the US.

You canoot know for sure if you don't take a test, just by an over the counter one or go see your dr and get a bllod test or an ultrasound. Without those these signs could tell
- sore breasts
- tiredness
-peeing a lot
- missed period (duh!)
-broken nails (baby is taking all the calcium he need from you, that happened to me)
-being and feeling hot all day

Most women are intune with their bodies. When I became pregnant last year, I didn't need a pregnancy test, I KNEW. Everything about your body changes during pregnancy.

you cant really know but just guess, missed period, tender breast, nausea, peeing a lot sleeping a lot more. but all the symptoms are different with each woman. and sometimes pregnancy like symptoms can be from stress so you can only know if you take a test or go to your doctor or local health dpt. good luck to you.
