Live with it, there are a lot with the same problem as you out there (luckily I'm not one of them, but I'm gay and I've seen a lot of small penises out there)49 out of 50 I would say.
Get over it though it doesn't matter, what matters is how you use it (I also had some that knew how to turn that disadvantage into a great advantage)

If you are a male, and I assume you are, then ask the Doctor, I was dumbfounded by what they are doing these days in that area.
And well if you are female and its some sort of freakish thing, then 1. The adult industry would pay some money for that kinda stuff
2. Snip it off and go on like nothing was there.
