First I would try rephrasing the question so that it doesn't make my eyes bleed when I try to read it. It's spelled Muslim.

That's the case in many other religions too. Catholics, Eastern Orthodox, etc., etc., etc. I think it depends on to what degree a person is devout and religious.
A girl at work went through a ceremony to convert to Catholicism before she married her guy because it was important to him and his family.

A Muslim women cannot marry a non-Muslim man. That is a law in Islam and it is held by the Majority of scholars in Islam. The proof is in the ayah of the Quran.

[… Nor marry (your girls) to unbelievers until they believe: A man slave who believes is better than an unbeliever, even though he allures you. Unbelievers do (but) beckon you to the Fire. But Allah beckons by His Grace to the Garden (of bliss) and forgiveness, and makes His Signs clear to mankind: That they may celebrate His praise] (Al-Baqarah 2: 221).

[O ye who believe! When believing women come unto you as fugitives, examine them. Allah is best aware of their faith. Then, if ye know them for true believers, send them not back unto the disbelievers. They are not lawful for the disbelievers, nor are the disbelievers lawful for them] (Al-Mumtahinah 60: 10).

I hope your not in that predicament....peace

Personally it wouldn't matter to me. If it is someone I loved and they loved me we would both respect each others choice of faith and except them as they are, as opposed to excepting them in spite of the difference.
