I don't care about the society bullpoop & their junk. My wedding dress will be a light pink or even a deep cream or champagne color. I'm blonde & blue with fair skin so white makes me look ill or washed out. 2 years ago when I called off my wedding, the dresses I'd looked at were those shades. You have to shop around for the color you want. No one says white is an absolute necessity.

I think green too. You can wear another color then white. You simply need to have kids before ;-) My mother had a pink dressed she made herself and did a matching one for me because I was the flower bearer :-) My sister had a nice off white one, medieval style and she looked awesome in it!

My wedding day is to express who I am and my love in front of all my friends and family. Screw society and their rules.

i watched this episode of the show bridezillas the other day and this woman had the most beautiful dress and it was pink. i thought, good for her, she is choosing what she likes instead of picking white when she probably wasn't a virgin anyway.

Well, i didnt wear white, i wore ivory. It looked white, but when you put it up to pure white, you can see it was a bit off a little. the white was just too bright for me. And i wore a black thong under my dress! LOL.

I would like a pretty peach-orange color, like orange with a little light pink in it. I like the style of sleeves that hang off the shoulder a little bit. And long, elegant gloves would be pretty! :)
