Giraffes are thought to be mute. However, recent research has shown evidence that the animal communicates at an infrasound level.

they have been known to fart, i say this as you were not specific in the location of any noise. They can also rustle through bushes and pad on grass.

LOL, my godaughter asked me this the other day (she's three). She thinks Old MacDonald had them on his farm and they go 'errrrrrrrrrrgh'.
I told her that they don't make a noiseand she said "No, they go 'errrrrrrrrgh'.

Then she asked 'why are you laughing?'
