you shouldn't wish to be fat, maybe you want to add on some healthy weight. I would say that you should maintain a healthy diet but eat 4 meals a day rather than 3. have snacks in between meals. goodluck

Well instead of just eating breakfast lunch and dinner, have lots of snacks in between. Try not to get into eating fatty foods. Sure they will get you fat but they aren't that healthy. Instead just eat a little bit of everything or talk to your doctor to get some tips.

There's a difference in putting on weight and "getting fatter." If you want to gain weight, eat more but keep it healthy and continue to exercise. That way you'll be toned and fit. You don't want to be fat.

Pizza, Cake and Ice Cream. Anything high in refined sugar and carbs. Eat lots of pastas too.

Wow, you're thin! I just calculated your BMI and it is 21.1, which is normal weight. If you want to get more muscle, just eat high protein foods and do weight traning! Good luck!
