Lay off the salty foods and caffeine until it's over. That takes the edge of my bitchiness.

Pregnancy! Kidding aside, just realize that this is just another day on the calendar and soon the feeling will go away. Just ask for some quiet time, a good book, soak in the tub with some nice candles and anything with chocolate will do wonders! The good thing about families is that they love you unconditionally and will forgive you no matter what.
Do I hear water running in the tub????

TRUST ME it only gets worse after you have kids. But as long as your husband and mother love you...it won't even matter. But calcium and a good diet and exercise all help with PMS. Unfortunately there are many treatments and no cure or total relief of this plague.

If there is a cure I would like to know what it is.
For comfort I drink a hot beverage like coffee or tea, then take a long hot bath, that claims me. Try that.

Drink you a Sprite. Take one Aleve (they make me feel so much better). Get you a heating pad or a hot towel and place it on your head or place it on your tummy if it's hurting.
Hope you feel better...

there is an antidepressant prescribed for PMS to help with the mood swings....... i forget its name.....
see a pyschiatrist and ask him about it....
motrin works great on my bloating, pain, and fatigue.... also those patches that you can stick in your underwear that heat up...those help a lot....
