well, magnetic forces are created by charges. positive and negative attract, pos and pos repel. but moving charges create fields. if you ask something more specific i can give you a better answer. i dont know how much you know about physics and i dont want to overwhelm you. but ask away

Magnetic forces ,gavity forces etc are all the result of space time warping.
So when you kick a ball you have warped space time. without space time no electric field or magnetic field and gravity fields would Exist.
