Even radio people are off, do you think you can sing better than the people on the radio? (I can't - I'm just curious)

I'm friends with a family that used to sing professional and I'm surprised to what I learned from them, I went to this church with a choir of 75 and I couldn't believe how off tune they were singing and everybody else was saying how beautiful they sound. I was like, yeah. But I thought, Man! If they would actually sing on tune they would sound SO much better!
Years ago, there was a few groups (Traditional Quartets) that used to sing with shape notes, they sang PERFECTLY on tune. And yes I did notice now days there most people that don't sing the right tune. I would be surprised if even Britney could read music, not even to mention shape notes. It is very hard to find songs that even have shape notes, not even to mention people that can read it.

Usualy I think people on radio are on. My daugthers and I can sing perfectly on tune but not for a long period of time because our voices are not used to sing for long period of times. We are surprised how young they can be perfectly on tune without being able to sing the right words!

I am a great singer but even I will admit that I can't sing perfectly on tune all the time. Especially when it is accapella (without acconpaniment) Which can be bad when singing Opera!

Me, I think...kinda...sorta...(because I can hear when a song's sung out-of-tune) And I'm good at singing. (I got 20/20 in singing test when I was in grade 6) =P

i sing really good
but im not always in tune lol
i have my moments were i will sqeak or squawk lol its rather hilarious actually.
but the radio also distorts voices
