yes, for a better future but of course the pay must be handsome and GOOD. It's just for temporary few years, the most. So I don't see why is it bad really...

I CAME to the USA (from England) in 1993, for the money. I stayed because I enjoyed the country (well, Arizona, at any rate). I became a US citizen, when I realised this is MY country.

I'm fortunate, in that I'm single with no children. Living away from family (for extended periods) I have to let my family do "their thing" and I do "my thing". My feelings for the rest of my family haven't changed. But I have to let them live their own lives.

I missed seeing the teenage years of my nephew & niece & that was sad. But I am REALLY hoping to go back to England for my niece's wedding - he's a great guy, I hope my niece has the sense to marry him :-)
