The traditional spellings (as you have listed them) are the best!!!!

Keep them that way :)

As someone who has a similar name to Jessica and has had to go through life having to say "with a K", I can assure you that it's no great gift to your child. You almost feel like an outcast. You never find anything with your name on it but more importanly you feel like you've got a silly version of a "normal" name. Yes, at times it's nice to be unique, but if you want a unique name for your child go for something uncommon instead of just a weird spelling. Trust that your child will carve out her own identity in life without having needed a weird name to set her apart. What is your cultural background? Try matching up the first name to your surname (ie if it's Irish, go for an Irish/Celtic name).

I'm glad to see someone else wanting to spell traditional names different. My daughters name is Emilie, I never liked the spelling Emily for it.
Try Jesika Rian or Yesica Rianne

I like the traditional spelling. My daughter is Eirinn pronounced Erin and some days I wish we just spelled it normally. We chose a Gaelic spelling of the name, and it is still phonetic, but I always get people asking how to pronounce it.

don't screw it up because she will have to spell her name a million times when everyone knows how to spell Jessica the normal way. Life is hard enough as it is - cut her a break

I agree with KA about the first name but if you must give her a boy's name for the middle name at least give it a more feminine looking spelling like Ryanne. Most people would probably pronounce it Ree-An but no one will look at a middle name anyway.
