he use to bring his kids to jamaica now he all of a sudden is going back alone for the second time this year for a one month period it would not be too bad if i was'nt 6 and half months pregnant with a 1 year old and 6 year old to look after and i found a letter when we all went in december from a girl he met there with a naked picture he has used me now for all he wanted married me in a false name and has accumlated all his money in his real name how can i get immigration to refuse his entry when he comes back this time as he went to prison in 2003 and served with a deportation order after appealing they made him remain on the grounds of family ties which he is not fulfiling i want a divorce but his money is in jamaica in accounts in his family name and hisw real name please help

Yes, it is so terrible when men abuse their marriage partners. The children are always the ones who pay. Regardless, of what he is doing, your the one in control. If it's that bad you may want to seek out other support systems and leave him. Start saving money until you can get enough to get out of there. By his actions he has decided not to be part of you and his childrens lives, a great loss to him. But he seems to enjoy playing games and lying and driving everyone crazy, he will continue this behavour. The realilty is that you should approach him about it once. If he denies it and you have proof well then show him the proof and act accordingly which would be "get out of there" and make a new life. I hope this helps, but facts are facts.

You have to be legally separated or divoced in order for the inmigration folks to do anything. Once he have to appear to renew his card, then he will have to provide proof of being married to you.

You have to seek legal help for your own sake and the sake of your kids and not because things didn't work out . Good luck

Go to your INS office in whatever city is closest to you- bring your evidence.

They'll take a dim view and start an investigation.

all you have to do is call emigration and tell them the same exacly things the you are telling here, they will take care of the rest.
